How does it work?

You get automatic e-mail notification of new listings that meet your saved search criteria. Create as many custom searches as you'd like. It's all a FREE service so get started now!

How do I get started?

To use this feature, you must sign up for a free account on our web site. After you have completed the registration, you may initate a search from the Search Listings page. Once you have your Search Results, select the option at the top of the page that says Save Search. This will give you a chance to name your search and select the option to get e-mail updates.

How accurate is the information sent to me?

The MLS system on my site is updated nightly, meaning that it is as up-to-date as possible. The information listed is deemed reliable but not guaranteed. If you are interested in a specific listing, please contact us for more information.

Is my information secure?

Yes. We do not provide any contact information to any third party companies. Your information is kept private and will never be shared.

If I find a listing in my inbox that interests me, what do I do?
