  7. Hold an open house for all brokers.
  8. List your property on the LindeMac Real Estate website and on other sites across the Internet.
  9. Will display your property on one or more of the area windows.
  10. Within 48 hours of receipt of listing agreement, we will submit your property to the multiple listing service.
  11. Place a special promotional piece in your home which helps potential buyers remember specific features of your property.
  12. We sell your home, for the best price, as quickly as we can!!
