In selling our Norwich home, Linde was very efficient in identifying a price that would sell, preparing an informational package for prospective buyers, hosting those prospects, and explaining our need for flexibility in closing, pursuant to being offered a place at Kendal. In a matter of days, she had received several serious offers for us to choose from. We chose a buyer, who fulfilled our need for flexibility and who adapted to the several obstacles to closing that arose.
